If you have strong communication skills and experience in real estate telecalling, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company\-provided leads. * Handle inbound real estate enquiries. * Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. * Follow up with clients via calls and WhatsApp. * Meet daily and monthly call targets. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of Tele Sales/Telecalling experience. * Real Estate telecalling experience is preferred. * Excellent communication skills in English. * Arabic and other additional languages are a plus. * Strong sales and persuasion skills. * Currently based in the UAE or available to join immediately. **What We Offer** * Competitive fixed salary and comission * Company\-provided leads. * Training and career growth opportunities. * Professional working environment in Business Bay.
