Quantity Surveyor - Water infrastructure Projects

Stantec is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with experience in water Drainage and Storm water Networks in Dubai. • Relevant tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS preferred. • Professional Qualifications; e.g. MRICS • 10 years experience in all facets of quantity surveying including cost planning, quantity take-off, preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format, estimating, tender and contract document production, report writing, claim evaluation/negotiation, general post contract administration, valuation of variations, agreement of new rates, Taking Over Certificates and Defects Liability Certificates of Contracts related to infrastructure works. Experience in Water Infrastructure Projects is mandatory.
