Quantity Surveyor Engineer

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation. • Prepare tender documents and assess bids to select the most suitable contractors and suppliers. • Monitor project progress and financial health, providing regular reports to stakeholders on cost management. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness. • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field is essential. • Professional certifications such as RICS, CIQS, or equivalent are highly preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or engineering projects. • Experience in both residential and commercial projects is advantageous.
