Quality Control Manager

Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality of all production and fabrication works, ensuring that products and projects meet the required quality standards, specifications, and client expectations before delivery. Key Responsibilities: \* Establish and implement quality control procedures and standards in the workshop. \* Inspect materials and products throughout the production process and upon completion. \* Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. \* Identify defects, errors, and quality issues and implement appropriate corrective actions. \* Monitor the quality of carpentry, Corian, marble, and interior fit\-out works. \* Coordinate with the Production Manager and workshop team to resolve quality issues. \* Conduct final quality inspections before products or projects are delivered. \* Prepare quality control reports and document defects and non\-conformities. \* Follow up on corrective and preventive actions. \* Train and guide employees on quality standards and proper work procedures. \* Ensure compliance with workshop safety and organizational standards. Requirements: \* Previous experience in Quality Control, preferably in furniture, carpentry, Corian, marble, or interior fit\-out industries. \* Good knowledge of quality standards and production processes. \* Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. \* Good organizational and communication skills. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
