We are seeking a highly skilled **Quality Control Assurance Manager** to lead quality programs, ensure adherence to standards, and drive continuous improvement across all operations. Key Responsibilities * **Quality strategy:** Develop and implement QA frameworks aligned with industry best practices. * **Process audits:** Conduct inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. * **Compliance oversight:** Guarantee adherence to Kuwaiti and international regulations. * **Risk management:** Identify vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures. * **Testing supervision:** Oversee product and service testing for accuracy and reliability. * **Team leadership:** Mentor QA staff and foster a culture of excellence. * **Reporting:** Prepare detailed quality reports for management and stakeholders. * **Continuous improvement:** Introduce new QA tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field. * 7–10 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and QA methodologies. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in QA software and reporting tools. * Familiarity with Kuwait’s regulatory environment is an advantage.
