Quality Assurance Analyst

Coordinates and supervises the execution of regional / local internal and external quality audits to determine whether the Quality Management System conforms to the applicable requirements and is effectively implemented and maintained. Main Responsibilities • Develops a Quality Audit program for all regional Processes. • Plans and conducts regional / local internal and supplier quality audits according to established requirements. • Supports regional / local Quality Area when receiving Third Pary Audits. • Acts as Event Manager for Internal and Supplier Quality Audits Events • Prepares necessary reports on regional / local audit activities. • Coaches, qualifies and assesses regional / local quality auditors according to established requirements. • Analyses the Quality Audit Program results and recommends actions and improvement plans. • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. • Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
