QS – Aluminum, Glass \& Pergola Structures **EcoSmartLine \| Dubai, UAE \| Full\-Time** EcoSmartLine is seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **QS** with strong UAE experience in **aluminum, glass, pergola, and outdoor structure projects**. We specialize in premium custom pergolas, outdoor shades, facades, glass\-integrated structures, and sustainable architectural solutions for luxury villas, residential, and commercial developments across the UAE. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates for aluminum, glass, and pergola projects. * Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop competitive pricing based on UAE market rates. * Perform material comparisons, supplier evaluations, value engineering, and cost optimization. * Handle tender submissions, variations, interim valuations, and final accounts. * Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams for efficient project execution and cost control. * Maintain updated costing databases, estimation records, and project reports. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum **3–5 years UAE experience** in QS for: * Aluminum structures * Glass works * Pergolas * Outdoor structures / facades * Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, take\-offs, tendering, and project costing. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Advanced Excel**, and estimation/QS software. * Good knowledge of UAE market suppliers, labor rates, DEWA standards, VAT, and local regulations. * Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * UAE Driving License preferred. * RICS certification or equivalent is an added advantage. * **Gender:** Female * **Visa Status:** Must hold a valid **Spouse Visa** Important Note **Only Female (spouse visa) candidates with direct and proven experience in aluminum, glass, pergola, and outdoor structure estimation within the UAE market will be considered.** Apply Now Send your CV and brief cover letter to: **** Please highlight: * Relevant pergola/aluminum/glass estimation experience * BOQs \& tenders handled * UAE project portfolio/examples Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
