QS cum Planning Engineer

• The Engineer will be responsible for effectively responding to project submittals, follow-up staking, testing, and inspection to ensure the project is constructed according to the contract documents and BOQ / specifications. • He will familiarise/ monitor the work program and progress report. • As a crucial part of the team, the Senior Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in Ensuring strict compliance with the contract documents. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (MOFA attested) We are looking for a Project Engineer with a valid UAE driving license who is ready to take on the unique challenge of supervising Construction Projects in Dubai. • Active registration with the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) is mandatory Qualifications: • Must be a Civil Engineer (Degree) Job Outline: • Work closely with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to understand the complete context of deliveries and translate complex functional and non-functional requirements in robust end-to-end tests. • Liaise with other release train teams to manage cross-dependency testing. • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status • Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team • With Primavera P6 Experience • Software: Advanced command of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.� • Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Level 3/4 baseline schedules using Primavera P6.Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, and manpower histograms.Perform critical path analysis and proactively flag site delay risks.Coordinate directly with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to update
