QHSE Manager

• Lead and manage all QHSE activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects. • Ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards. • Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and NCR management. • Drive quality assurance, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE requirements. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. • Minimum 15 years of QHSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC, including 5 years in a managerial role. • Proven ADNOC project experience; ADNOC-approved QHSE Manager preferred. • NEBOSH certification and strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. • Lead Auditor, PMP®, ASNT NDT Level III, and/or CSWIP 3.1 certifications are advantageous. • Strong experience in EPC projects, gas processing, pipelines, quality management, risk assessment, and HSE leadership.
