QC Electrical QC Inspector

JOB VACANCY SAUDI ARABIA QC ELECTRICAL QC INSPECTOR Roles & Responsibilities • Inspect electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. • Inspect cable laying, glanding, termination, cable trays, and conduit installations. • Verify installation of electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, motors, and lighting systems. • Inspect earthing, grounding, and lightning protection systems. • Review electrical drawings, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). • Witness electrical testing, including insulation resistance, continuity, and earth resistance tests. • Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions. • Verify materials, certificates, and equipment inspection records. • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, QC supervisors, and client inspectors. • Prepare inspection reports, Inspection Test Records (ITRs), and quality documentation. • Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and site HSE procedures. Required Skills • Electrical Quality Control and Inspection (QA/QC). • Electrical Installation Inspection and Testing. • Cable Laying, Glanding, and Termination. • Cable Tray and Conduit Installation Inspection. • Switchgear, Transformers, Motors, and Electrical Panel Inspection. • Earthing, Grounding, and Lightning Protection Systems. • Insulation Resistance, Continuity, and Earth Resistance Testing. • Electrical Drawing and Schematic Interpretation. • Knowledge of IEC, NEC, and applicable project standards. • Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements. • Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Actions. • Material Inspection and Quality Documentation. • Inspection Test Records (ITRs) and Technical Reporting. • Coordination with Clients and Third-Party Inspectors. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
