QAQC Engineer

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to specific projects to ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications. • Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of materials, processes, and products at various stages of production to identify non-conformities. • Collaborate closely with project teams to provide immediate feedback on quality issues and recommend corrective actions to enhance performance. • Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and non-conformance reports to facilitate audits and compliance. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with a strong technical foundation. • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries showcasing depth of knowledge. • Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor are highly desirable to demonstrate commitment to quality excellence. • Proven expertise in using QA/QC tools and software, such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
