• Lead the development and implementation of QAQC processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials and workmanship to identify issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. • Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and establish metrics for measuring performance throughout the project lifecycle. • Train and mentor junior QAQC staff, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. 3–7 years of UAE experience (Mandatory) Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage Experience in Residential Projects
