QAQC Engineer Facade

• Ensure all facade materials and systems meet stringent project specifications and international standards through rigorous testing and inspection. • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans specifically tailored for facade installations, covering every stage from material procurement to final handover. • Conduct on-site inspections to verify the correct installation of facade elements, including curtain walls, cladding, windows, and roofing, identifying and rectifying deviations promptly. • Manage and maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports, for traceability and audit purposes. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in QAQC roles specifically within the facade construction industry. • Proven experience with various facade systems such as curtain wall, unitized systems, structural glazing, stone cladding, and metal panels. • Certification in relevant QAQC disciplines (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) is highly advantageous.
