• Manage and supervise QA/QC activities for Oil & Gas maintenance projects , covering equipment, piping, valves, welding and materials.
• Lead inspection, repair, modification and replacement activities for static equipment, piping and valves.
• Coordinate multidiscipline inspection and NDT activities in accordance with applicable Codes, Standards and client requirements.
• Prepare and review QA/QC documentation, ITPs, WPS/PQR, NDT procedures, inspection reports and quality dossiers .
• Monitor welding and material inspection activities, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Inspection and Client teams to resolve quality issues and close out NCRs/punch items.
• Support shutdown, turnaround and planned maintenance activities , ensuring all inspection and quality requirements are met.
• Supervise QA/QC inspectors and ensure proper documentation and close-out of maintenance activities .
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering (BE/BS) .
• Minimum 12 years of experience in QA/QC activities, welding and material inspection within the Oil & Gas industry .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Lead/Supervisory QA/QC position .
• Strong knowledge of quality control, welding, metallurgy, materials and multidisciplinary NDT inspection activities .
• Valid/latest Lead Auditor qualification .
• NDT Level II certification.
• Professional Welding qualification .
• Strong knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards .
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary inspection activities on Oil & Gas projects .
• Good experience in preparation of quality documentation, WPS/PQR, NDT procedures and inspection documentation .
