QA/QC Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System in accordance with ADNOC requirements and applicable ISO standards. • Prepare and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures. • Manage QA/QC activities for civil, structural, infrastructure, and associated construction works. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, contractual requirements, and ADNOC standards. • Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for inspections and quality approvals. • Monitor inspections, material approvals, testing activities, and quality documentation. • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions, and quality audits. • Lead and supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors. • Ensure proper preparation and submission of quality records, inspection reports, and final project handover dossiers. • Identify quality risks and implement measures to prevent defects and ensure compliance. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction and infrastructure projects. • ADNOC project experience is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, earthworks, foundations, roads, drainage, and utility networks. • Good understanding of ISO 9001, quality management systems, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and audit procedures. • Proven experience in managing quality teams and coordinating with clients and consultants. • Excellent communication, documentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • UAE oil and gas project experience is preferred.
