QA/QC Inspector (NACE Level II)

We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector – NACE Level II to support quality inspection and control activities for passive fire protection projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QA/QC inspection, coating/painting inspection, and construction project documentation. • Conduct QA/QC inspections for passive fire protection works, including fireproofing and protective coating applications. • Perform inspection of surface preparation, coating application, DFT/WFT and other relevant quality parameters. • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved ITP, Method Statements, Project Specifications and applicable standards . • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and consultants for inspections and approvals. • Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), checklists, inspection reports and QA/QC records . • Monitor material approvals, batch numbers, certificates and traceability. • Identify quality deviations/non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions. • Maintain proper inspection and testing documentation for project handover. • Support site teams in maintaining project quality and compliance requirements. • NACE Level II / equivalent coating inspection certification. • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related field preferred. • 2–3 years of QA/QC inspection experience , preferably in passive fire protection, fireproofing, protective coatings or construction. • Fresh NACE Level II candidates with relevant practical exposure may also be considered. • Knowledge of coating inspection, surface preparation and DFT measurement. • Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and construction inspection procedures. • Good communication and coordination skills. • UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage. • Immediate availability / candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
