QA/QC Engineer – Construction Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control Industry: Construction – Buildings, Infrastructure and Civil Works Nationality: Filipino only Experience: 10 years Reporting To: Project Manager / QA/QC Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure that construction activities, materials, and completed works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. KEy Responsibilities Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality control plans across construction projects. Conduct inspections of construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Review material submittals, method statements, inspection and test plans, and other quality documentation. Coordinate with project, site, consultant, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues. Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports, checklists, and quality records. Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of QA/QC records throughout the project. Monitor testing and inspection activities for civil, structural, and building works. Support internal and external quality audits and client inspections. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project quality requirements and applicable standards. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction. Strong experience in building, infrastructure, or civil construction projects. Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction standards, inspections, and documentation. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
