QA Engineer II

• Architect comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex features, identifying critical paths and potential failure points beyond basic functional requirements. • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) for UI, API, and performance testing. • Meticulously identify, log, track, and prioritize defects, providing clear, reproducible steps and collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution. • Execute and analyze performance, load, and basic security tests to ensure application scalability, responsiveness, and adherence to security best practices. • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a strong foundational understanding of software development principles. • Hold relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level or a similar automation testing certification, demonstrating specialized knowledge in quality assurance. • Bring 3-5 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with a significant focus on test automation in an agile development environment. • Demonstrate strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, essential for developing and maintaining complex automation frameworks.
