Purchase & Procurement Manager

Job Purpose The Purchase Officer is responsible for managing the complete purchasing and supplier coordination process for RVI’s interior design, fit\-out, construction, FF\&E and office requirements. The role includes sourcing suppliers, obtaining and reviewing quotations, verifying quantities and specifications, preparing purchase orders and commercial proposals, negotiating prices and payment terms, following up on deliveries, collecting supplier invoices and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Purchase Officer must ensure that all materials and services are purchased at the required quality, within the approved budget and delivered according to the project programme.
