Responsibilities * Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the design market. * Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with existing and potential clients. * Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable design solutions that meet their expectations. * Prepare customized sales proposals, contracts, and follow up with clients throughout the sales process until successful deal closure. * Coordinate with the Design and Marketing teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and fulfilled. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support the development and improvement of sales strategies. * Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities to management. Requirements * Proven experience in sales within the design industry or a related field. * Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven ability to successfully close deals. * Good understanding of basic design principles and current market trends. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and consistently achieve assigned targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. * Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
