Urgently Required: Purchase Officer Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: Must have relevant experience (please specify years, e.g., minimum 2 3 years) Salary: AED 2000 to 3000 Joining: Immediate preferred We are urgently hiring a Purchase Officer for our operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in procurement and vendor coordination, preferably in the UAE or India. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and service Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements Maintain proper documentation and purchase logs Candidate Requirements: Must have proven experience in a purchase/procurement role Good negotiation and communication skills Strong knowledge of sourcing and supply chain procedures Familiar with purchase software/systems is a plus Ability to multitask and work under pressure
