**Purchase Executive** **Location:** Oman **Job Type:** Full\-time **Experience Required:** 6 Months – 1 Year **Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Purchase Executive** to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier coordination, quotation handling, and documentation. This role is suitable for candidates who want to grow their career in procurement and supply chain management. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in daily purchasing activities and procurement processes. * Source suppliers and collect quotations for required materials and services. * Compare supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. * Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining purchase records. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. * Maintain supplier databases and procurement documentation. * Follow up with vendors regarding order status and delivery updates. * Support the procurement team in cost\-saving and supplier management activities. * Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain. * Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). * Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package. * Learning and career growth opportunities. * Professional working environment. **How to Apply:**Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated CV.
