Purchase Executive-Civil Construction

Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and expediting construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services required for civil and building projects. The role involves vendor management, commercial negotiations, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and project schedules. Procure construction materials, MEP items, tools, equipment, and subcontractor services for ongoing projects. Analyze material requisitions, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) received from project teams. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers. Obtain quotations, conduct commercial comparisons, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval. Degree with Qatar /GCC exp in procurement / Purchase / Civil construction/ Building Projects / Good communications skill, computer skill
