* Assistant Cost Controller * Receiver We are looking for a assistant Purchase \& Cost Controller, minimum 1 \-2 years experience F\&B filed, * Manage daily purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers. * Source products and obtain competitive quotations. * Monitor purchase prices and negotiate with suppliers. * Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records. * Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs. * Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation. * Monitor wastage, consumption, and stock variances. * Prepare cost\-control reports and analysis. * Coordinate with the Kitchen, Operations, and Accounts teams. * Maintain proper purchasing and inventory documentation. * Ensure purchases are within approved budgets and company standards. * Identify opportunities to control costs and improve purchasing efficiency.
