Public Relation Officer Pro

• Manage all government-related processes for the company, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes. • Process and coordinate Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, biometrics, and document collection/delivery. • Handle company licensing procedures, including new business licenses, renewals, amendments, and government approvals. • Liaise with relevant UAE government authorities and free zones to ensure compliance with all regulations. • Maintain and update employee records, visa status, and company documentation. • Manage the company's CRM and back-office systems, ensuring employee and customer records are accurate and up to date. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. • Prepare, submit, and track official applications, permits, and legal documents. • Monitor deadlines for visas, licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements. • Provide administrative support to management and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. • Minimum 2–6 years of experience as a PRO, Government Relations Officer, or Operations Administrator in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of UAE immigration procedures, labour regulations, Emirates ID processes, and company licensing. • Experience working with UAE government portals and free zones (e.g. Dubai Economy, ICP, MOHRE, GDRFA, SPC, IFZA, Meydan, etc.). • Experience managing CRM systems and back-office administration. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is an bonus. • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
