About the Company Vista Global Corporate Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) with extensive UAE Business Setup experience. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE company formation, immigration procedures, labour laws, visa processing, and government regulations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling all government-related matters for clients and the company while ensuring complete legal compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities1. Company Formation & Business Setup • Handle Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations. • Process new company registrations, amendments, renewals, and liquidations. • Obtain trade name reservations and initial approvals. • Coordinate with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Free Zones, and other government authorities. • Process changes in business activities, shareholders, managers, and company structures. • Handle license renewals, amendments, and company deregistration. 2. Immigration & Visa Processing The candidate must have complete knowledge and hands-on experience in processing all types of visas, including: • Employment Visas • Investor/Partner Visas • Family Sponsorship Visas • Dependent Visas • Golden Visas • Domestic Worker Visas • Freelance Visas • Mission Visas • Visit Visa extensions and status changes • Visa renewals and cancellations • Entry permits and change status applications Responsibilities include: • Processing visas through GDRFA and ICP portals. • Managing visa quotas and establishment cards. • Processing Emirates ID applications and renewals. • Coordinating medical fitness requirements. • Handling absconding cases and labour complaints where applicable. • Ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. 3. Labour & MOHRE Matters • Complete knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures. • Process labour permits and work permits. • Handle labour contract issuance, amendments, and cancellations. • Manage establishment cards and company labour files. • Process quota approvals and company registrations. • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding formalities. • Handle end-of-service procedures and employee cancellations. 4. Wage Protection System (WPS) • Complete knowledge of UAE WPS requirements and regulations. • Process WPS registration and salary file submissions. • Coordinate with banks and exchange houses for salary transfers. • Resolve WPS-related issues and ensure compliance. • Monitor salary payments and avoid labour penalties. 5. Government Liaison & Compliance • Liaise with all government departments and authorities, including: • Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) • Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) • General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) • Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) • Free Zone Authorities • Dubai Municipality and other regulatory bodies • Ensure compliance with all UAE laws and regulations. • Stay updated on government policies, immigration rules, and labour law changes. • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. 6. Documentation & Legal Matters • Prepare and maintain company and client records. • Handle document attestation, notarization, and legalization procedures. • Process Power of Attorney documents and legal agreements. • Coordinate with typing centres and government departments. • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, visas, establishment cards, and permits. • Maintain proper records of all government transactions. 7. Corporate Services Support • Assist clients with bank account opening documentation. • Support AML and KYC documentation requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. • Provide guidance to clients regarding legal and regulatory requirements. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably in a Business Setup Consultancy. • Proven experience in handling all types of visas and immigration matters. • Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations. • Strong understanding of company formation procedures and government compliance requirements. • Experience working on MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DET, and Free Zone portals. • Excellent knowledge of WPS and salary processing requirements. • Ability to independently manage multiple applications and deadlines. • Strong communication and client-handling skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and government online systems. • Valid UAE Driving Licence will be an added advantage. • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
