Public Area Attendant

• High and low dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and deep cleaning all assigned public areas (lobbies, entrances, hallways, stairwells, and offices). • Clean, sanitize, and restock guest public restrooms throughout the day, ensuring consistent cleanliness and scent management. • Maintain floor care including carpet shampooing, marble/tile polishing, waxing, and buffing using specialized floor care machinery. • Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, windows, brass, chrome, and wooden fixtures to a spotless finish. • Empty trash cans and recycling bins across public and back-of-house areas, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling segregation. • Ensure outdoor guest areas (entrance drop-off areas, patios, pool decks, terraces) are free of litter and maintained to hotel standards.
