Psychologist

The Psychologist will provide psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions to support clients emotional, behavioral, and mental wellbeing, working within their licensed scope of practice. Key Responsibilities • Conduct psychological assessments and identify clients needs and treatment goals. • Develop individualized care plans and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions. • Provide individual and, where appropriate, family or group sessions. • Support clients in developing coping strategies and managing emotional or behavioral difficulties. • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes. • Maintain confidential, accurate assessment reports and clinical records. • Collaborate with other professionals and make referrals when additional support is required. • Identify safeguarding or risk concerns and follow established clinical procedures.
