Property Valuer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team capacity of Property Valuer . The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and perform accurate valuations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform physical inspections and provide independent, accurate valuations for various assets and properties. • Compile comprehensive valuation reports with supporting photographic evidence and documentation. • Coordinate closely with clients to ensure smooth processing. • Ensure all valuations comply with local regulatory standards and company policies. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related technical field). • Valuation Credentials: Professional certification or registration as an approved Property Valuer. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role handling technical valuations. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of property / machinery / structures, and valuation principles. • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, high ethical standards, detail-oriented, and excellent report-writing capabilities. • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
