Mandatory Role Requirements: Proven experience managing private residences, luxury villas, or royal households Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills and absolute discretion Ability to effectively manage diverse teams and external service providers Fluent in English plus an additional European/CIS/South American language or Afrikaans Available to start as soon as possible Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily operations of a luxury private residence (garden and vehicles managed separately by somebody else) Lead and motivate an existing team of household staff, ensuring service excellence and seamless coordination Maintain impeccable presentation and cleanliness standards across the residence Supervise contractors for maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects Implement and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency Host and coordinate guest visits, managing preferences and creating a welcoming environment Plan and manage private events and gatherings within the residence Oversee property inventory and asset management Maintain a professional, direct line of communication with the Principal at all times
