• Manage all project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial viability and profitability. • Prepare, submit, and negotiate accurate and competitive tender and contract documents. • Monitor and control project expenditure against budget, identifying and reporting on variances. • Administer construction contracts, including managing variations, claims, and payments. • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. • Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent is highly advantageous. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. • Proven track record in managing complex projects across various sectors.
