Project Manager

Role Summary • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to manage and execute residential building projects (G+4). • The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The candidate will coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, procurement, and management to ensure smooth execution. • This is a hands-on role requiring strong control over site activities, planning, and coordination. Key Responsibilities • Project Planning & Scheduling • Site Execution & Coordination • Authority & Inspection Coordination • Manpower Planning & Control • Material Planning & Control • Quality Assurance & Compliance • Health & Safety Management • Reporting & Communication • Testing, Commissioning & Handover • Accountability & OwnershipRequirements Education & Experience • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field • Around 10 to 15 years of experience in construction projects • Mandatory: Proven experience in residential building projects (G+4) in UAE • Strong familiarity with UAE authority approvals and processes Technical Skills • Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications • Experience and knowledge in project planning and site execution activities • Familiarity in the use of AutoCad Soft Skills • Strong leadership and team coordination • Good communication and reporting skills • Ability to manage multiple site challenges
