Project Manager ( Road & Bridges)

Project Manager ( Road & Infra )-Any National Qualification - Engineering Graduate in Civil Experience - Minimum 18 Years experience and last 5 years must be on large volume Road & Bridge projects.Oman experience will added advantage FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle Project independently • Implement the project in accordance with the project schedule, project specifications, and project management plan. • Liaise with Client representatives / Consultants for work approvals. • Liaise with Subcontractors and Local Authorities. • Construction scheduling, monitoring, and requisition for resources, materials, manpower and plant & equipment. • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and allocation of resources, and the works of any subcontractors; • Quality Assurance and Quality Control. • Ensure implementation of work schedules. • Monitor HSE program on site; • Liaise with project Consultants and their representatives and attend regular project review meetings. • Review of subcontractor applications for payment.
