Job description

Project Execution & Management 1. Lead site execution from inception to completion, ensuring all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. • Monitor daily site activities, work progress, quality, safety, and productivity of labor and subcontractors. • Review drawings, proactively identify site issues, coordinate with consultants, and provide practical solutions during execution. • Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, authority regulations, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, and company standards. Planning & Resource Allocation • Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, subcontractor work scopes, and site progress reports. • Arrange and manage materials, tools, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors required for smooth site operations. • Control project costs by efficiently managing labor, materials, subcontractors, and minimizing wastage. Stakeholder & Authority Coordination • Serve as the primary liaison ensuring proper coordination between the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal project team. • Coordinate with UAE authorities including Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Civil Defense, and consultants for necessary inspections and approvals. • Manage client relations by attending meetings, understanding requirements, managing expectations, and resolving site-related issues. Team Leadership & Reporting • Hire, guide, and manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and skilled labor. • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, material requests, inspection requests, and other essential project documentation. Education: Formally trained Civil Engineer. Certifications: Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) approval license. Logistics: A valid UAE driving license and owning a car is preferred. Experience & Domain Knowledge Regional Experience: Strong, proven construction experience within the UAE. Project Portfolio: Hands-on experience managing residential villas, office fit-out works, landscaping, swimming pools, and related civil works. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE construction procedures, authority inspection processes, and online approval systems. Network: Possesses a strong existing network of contacts with subcontractors, suppliers, skilled labor teams, and material vendors in the UAE market. Skills & Competencies Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and direct various tiers of site personnel and labor. Communication: Strong client-handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Work Style: Proactive, hands-on, highly organized, and capable of taking full ownership of site execution. Availability: Candidates who are immediately available will be given an advantage.
