Job description

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex civil infrastructure and underground utility projects, from conception and planning through construction and closeout. • Develop and meticulously manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all project phases. • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring clear communication channels. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and potential issues, developing contingency plans to safeguard project objectives. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure and underground utility projects. • Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCEand proficiency with project management software.
