Project Manager – IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end GRC projects from planning through implementation and closure. • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. • Coordinate with IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business teams. • Ensure projects align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks. • Prepare project status reports, risk registers, governance updates, and management presentations. • Strong understanding of IT risk, controls, compliance, audit, and governance practices. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CGEIT, or PMP are highly advantageous. • Proven experience (5+ years) managing IT governance, risk, and compliance projects within complex organizations. • Demonstrated expertise in navigating regulations like GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and ISO
