Project Manager - IT

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee the planning and delivery of IT initiatives from the initial project stage through final completion. This position is responsible for coordinating project execution, connecting technical objectives with business requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered to the expected quality, schedule, and budget. Core Responsibilities * **Lead projects** throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from initiation to delivery * Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements * Coordinate cross\-functional teams and provide direction to support effective collaboration and productivity * Serve as the primary communication link between project teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties * Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential risks, and take appropriate corrective measures * Support budget development, monitor project costs, and ensure resources are utilized effectively * Maintain oversight of project deliverables to ensure compliance with established quality standards and organizational requirements * Prepare and communicate regular project updates, progress reports, and relevant insights to management and stakeholders Required Education \& Professional Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline * **5–8 years** of practical experience managing software development or **IT projects** * Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management methodologies * Demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex projects within a structured working environment * **PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum,** or similar project management certifications are considered an advantage Skills \& Competencies * Effective leadership abilities with strong experience coordinating project teams * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities, including the ability to assess risks and make sound decisions * Well\-developed project planning, forecasting, financial planning, and budgeting skills * Hands\-on experience with project management and progress\-tracking platforms such as Jira, MS Project, or comparable tools APPLY HERE: Work Location: In person
