Construction Project Director **Company:** Andac Grup **Location:** Sharq District, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 2,250 per month** Job Summary Andac Grup is seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Construction Project Director** to provide strategic leadership and oversight for major construction projects from planning and design through completion. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, engineering teams, procurement, quality, safety, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities * Direct the planning, execution, and completion of large\-scale construction projects. * Establish project objectives, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and performance targets. * Lead project managers, engineers, site supervisors, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors. * Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, quality, and resource utilization. * Review construction plans, technical specifications, contracts, and project documentation. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Manage procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services. * Implement effective cost\-control measures and monitor project financial performance. * Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and contractual concerns and develop appropriate solutions. * Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable Kuwait regulations. * Establish and monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior management. * Oversee change orders, claims, variations, and contract administration. * Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all project stakeholders. * Promote safety, quality assurance, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement across project sites. * Support business development activities and contribute to project proposals and strategic planning. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is an advantage. * Minimum of **10 years** of experience in construction project management, including at least **4 years** in a senior project management or project director position. * Proven experience managing large\-scale commercial, residential, infrastructure, industrial, or mixed\-use construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality control, and safety management. * Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. * Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk management, cost control, and project reporting. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
