Project Manager

**Project Manager – Mosque Construction (Qatar)** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Minimum **12 years** of construction experience * Minimum **7 years** as a **Project Manager** on major building projects * Proven experience delivering **mosques, public buildings, or institutional projects** in Qatar * Strong knowledge of **QCS, FIDIC, Kahramaa, Civil Defense, and Municipality** regulations * PMP and MMUP/UPDA certifications are an advantage * Proficient in **Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the project from mobilization to final handover * Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities * Oversee planning, construction, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, and project documentation * Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and contractual milestones * Lead and supervise the project team to ensure successful execution **Skills:** * Strong leadership and team management * Planning and scheduling * Contract administration * Cost control and risk management * Excellent communication and stakeholder management * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Work Location: In person
