**Job Title:** Senior Electrical Engineer – Consultant Supervision (Building Projects) **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Industry:** Engineering, TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Electrical Engineer** to join our consultant supervision team in Qatar. The role focuses on overseeing electrical and ELV works for **building projects** (commercial, residential, high\-rise, mixed\-use, and institutional). The candidate will ensure that all works comply with approved designs, project specifications, QCS/QCDD/Kahramaa regulations, and international standards **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and approve electrical **shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements** for building systems. * Supervise and monitor contractors’ works on\-site for **power distribution (MV/LV), lighting, fire alarm, emergency lighting, access control, CCTV, BMS, data/ICT, earthing, lightning protection, and other ELV systems**. * Conduct **daily site inspections** to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Raise and follow up on **non\-conformance reports (NCRs)** and corrective actions. * Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to resolve **site conflicts and service coordination issues**. * Witness and verify **testing \& commissioning** of electrical and ELV systems. * Ensure compliance with **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), QCDD, and Kahramaa** standards. * Participate in **progress and technical meetings** with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. * Prepare **supervision reports, snag lists, and final handover documentation**. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical Engineering**. * Minimum **10 years’ experience**, including at least **5 years in consultant supervision roles for building projects in Qatar/GCC**. * **UPDA/MMUP Grade A/B certification** (mandatory for consultant roles in Qatar). **Additional Requirements:** * **Language:** Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. * **Driving License:** Valid Qatari driving license preferred. * **Availability:** Must be available to join immediately Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
