Project Facilities Management Expert

Location: Oman Employment Type: Full\-Time **Al Bany International Oman** seeking an experienced Real Estate (RE) **Project Facilities Management Expert** to provide strategic guidance and operational support for large\-scale real estate facilities and asset management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective facilities management strategies, enhancing operational performance, supporting asset lifecycle management, and ensuring high standards of worker welfare and HSE compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert advisory, guidance, and recommendations on real estate facilities management, asset management strategies, and operational best practices. * Support the development and implementation of cost\-effective facilities management operations aligned with organizational objectives. * Develop and implement worker welfare strategies to maintain high standards of safety, comfort, and operational efficiency within facilities. * Provide guidance on real estate asset management practices to ensure long\-term asset performance, reliability, and value preservation. * Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of facilities management systems and processes. * Review and improve operational procedures, maintenance strategies, and asset performance management practices. * Utilize project collaboration platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint Online (SPO), or similar systems to manage technical correspondence, reports, and documentation. * Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and facility management teams to ensure effective delivery of FM objectives. * Ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements, regulations, and industry best practices. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum 12 years of professional experience in facilities management and real estate operations. * At least 8 years of experience within the Middle East region in a similar facilities management or asset management role. * Proven experience managing large\-scale facilities, real estate assets, and operational environments. * Strong understanding of facilities management principles, asset lifecycle management, and operational optimization. **Technical Requirements** * Comprehensive knowledge of large\-scale facilities management operations, worker welfare requirements, and asset management systems. * Experience in developing FM strategies, operational frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives. * Familiarity with digital collaboration and document management platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint Online (SPO), or equivalent systems. * Strong understanding of HSE standards, compliance requirements, and operational risk management. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluency in written and spoken English. * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on prestigious real estate and infrastructure projects. * Professional growth and career development. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
