Project Engineer – Facility Maintenance

• Manage and execute facility maintenance projects from planning to completion. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal maintenance teams. • Supervise MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works. • Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports. • Monitor project timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables. • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of maintenance activities. • Review technical drawings, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and facility management standards. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions. • Support procurement of materials and manage subcontractor activities. • Maintain proper documentation including reports, permits, and maintenance records. • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. • Experience in facility management, building maintenance, or MEP projects. • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, BMS, and civil maintenance. • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams. • Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. • Good communication and project coordination skills.
