Project Engineer - Electrical

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities at project sites. • Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements before execution. Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings and method statements. • Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. • Review and verify electrical design drawings, load schedules, and cable routing layouts. • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and other disciplines to avoid design conflicts. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications. • Conduct inspections and quality checks on electrical installations. • Monitor testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems. • Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Track material requirements and coordinate procurement activities. • Monitor manpower productivity and resource utilization. • Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical standards and safety requirements. • Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submissions. • Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical solutions for site issues. • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering and construction projects. • Experience in MEP, residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects preferred. GCC/UAE project experience is highly desirable. • Approved Engineer by Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) • Approved Engineer by Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) • Approved Engineer by Dubai Municipality (DM) • Approved Engineer by Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (TRAKHEES)- Yellow card
