Project Director MEP (Data Center Construction)

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Data Center MEP construction projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover. • Lead project execution covering Electrical, HVAC/Mechanical, ELV, Fire & Life Safety and associated MEP systems. • Own project schedule, cost, quality, HSE, resource planning and overall delivery in line with contractual requirements. • Manage and coordinate Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering, Planning, Commercial, QA/QC and HSE teams. • Act as the key interface with Client, Consultant, PMC, Contractors and senior stakeholders. • Drive construction progress, identify critical risks and ensure timely resolution of project issues. • Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, project specifications, international data center standards and HSE requirements. • Lead testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), snagging and final project handover. • Monitor project performance through cost, schedule, productivity, quality and risk KPIs. • Ensure effective subcontractor and vendor management and maintain strong commercial and contractual controls. • Drive project governance, reporting and management reviews with regional and corporate leadership. • B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • 20+ years of experience, with significant experience in Data Center construction and MEP project delivery. • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex Data Center/EPC projects in leadership roles. • Strong expertise in MEP execution, commissioning, project management and stakeholder management. • Experience in KSA/GCC projects preferred. • Strong leadership, commercial awareness, decision-making and client management skills.
