This is an exciting opportunity for a design-minded architect with strong technical ability to take ownership of key project packages and contribute to landmark developments during an unprecedented period of growth across the Kingdom. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in Architecture (Master s preferred) • Minimum 6+ years of post-qualification experience in architecture, with a strong track record on large-scale projects • Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design capability and delivered projects • Previous GCC experience, ideally in Saudi Arabia, with a good understanding of local authority approval processes • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation is preferred, as is international chartership such as RIBA or AIA • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of rendering and visualisation tools (e.g. Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray or similar) • Strong understanding of building codes, technical detailing and construction methods • Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
