This is a full\-time position based in Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage) * Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in loyalty programmes, digital platforms, customer engagement, or complex multi\-stakeholder environments * Proven experience leading large\-scale transformation or strategic programmes from planning through execution * Demonstrated success managing cross\-functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders * Strong understanding of programme governance, financial management, procurement, and operational delivery * Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent are highly preferred * Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage. **Skills \& Competencies** * Expertise in programme governance, strategic planning, and enterprise\-level delivery management * Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement * Adept at managing programme budgets, commercial agreements, procurement activities, and resource planning * Experience overseeing risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and operational controls * Proficiency in executive stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross\-functional collaboration * Effective decision\-making with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution * Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
