Program Manager Real Estate Transformation

About the Role: We are seeking a Program Manager for Real Estate Transformation based in Dubai to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide real estate modernization initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery, implement ERP and property management solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives and local regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: • Define and execute the real estate transformation program roadmap and deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, finance, and external vendors • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of ERP systems for property management • Oversee configuration and deployment of property management platforms • Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation • Engage stakeholders at executive and operational levels, providing regular status updates and governance reports • Drive change management, user training, and adoption strategies • Monitor program KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and best practices • Facilitate issue resolution and decision making to keep the program on track
