We are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** to oversee operations, manage production teams, and ensure the successful execution of high\-quality projects in Kuwait and the Gulf region. Key Responsibilities * **Production planning:** Organize schedules, resources, and workflows for ongoing projects. * **Budget management:** Monitor expenses and ensure projects are delivered within financial targets. * **Team leadership:** Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and foster collaboration. * **Quality assurance:** Ensure all productions meet company standards and client expectations. * **Vendor coordination:** Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to Kuwaiti regulations and international production standards. * **Reporting:** Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, or Business Administration. * 7–10 years of experience in production management, with at least 3 in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of production workflows, budgeting, and scheduling. * Proficiency in production software and project management tools. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
