We are seeking an experienced **Event Production Manager** to lead event operations, manage production teams, and deliver high\-quality events that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities * **Event planning:** Design and oversee production schedules, logistics, and workflows. * **Budget management:** Control costs and ensure events are delivered within financial targets. * **Team leadership:** Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and foster collaboration. * **Vendor coordination:** Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. * **Technical oversight:** Ensure sound, lighting, and stage setups meet professional standards. * **Quality assurance:** Guarantee flawless execution and client satisfaction. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to Kuwaiti regulations and safety standards. * **Reporting:** Provide updates to senior management on event progress and outcomes. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Media Production, or Business Administration. * 6–8 years of experience in event production, with at least 3 in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of event logistics, technical production, and vendor management. * Proficiency in project management tools and production software. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
