Event Production Director **Company:** Bio2B Events **Location:** Salhia Complex, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,950 per month** Job Summary Bio2B Events is seeking a highly organized, creative, and experienced **Event Production Director** to lead the planning, production, and execution of corporate, commercial, and special events in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will oversee the entire event production lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in event production, project management, vendor coordination, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, product launches, trade shows, and special events. * Develop event production strategies, project timelines, budgets, and operational plans. * Manage event production teams, project managers, coordinators, designers, and technical staff to ensure successful event delivery. * Oversee venue selection, staging, lighting, audiovisual production, décor, logistics, and event setup. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, venues, sponsors, and service providers to meet project objectives. * Negotiate contracts with vendors and monitor budgets to ensure cost\-effective project execution. * Conduct site inspections, production meetings, rehearsals, and post\-event evaluations. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, venue regulations, and company quality standards. * Identify and resolve production challenges while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. * Monitor project performance through KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management. * Research emerging event technologies, production techniques, and industry trends to enhance service delivery. * Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high\-performing production team. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum of **7 years** of experience in event production, event management, hospitality, or live event operations, including at least **3 years** in a leadership role. * Proven experience managing large\-scale corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or special events. * Strong knowledge of event logistics, production planning, audiovisual systems, staging, lighting, and vendor management. * Experience with event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.
